Hi, I’m Li Miles

(pronounced: Lee)

I’ve been facilitating rooms since 2012.

What started in education has grown into more than a decade of helping people learn, lead, communicate, and work through change together.

Over the years, I’ve worked with students, staff, emerging leaders, experienced professionals, and teams across universities, organizations, conferences, and corporate environments. The rooms have changed. The challenges have changed. But I’ve kept coming back to the same question:

What should be different after we leave the room?

I want someone to have the conversation they’ve been avoiding. Make a clearer decision. Handle conflict differently. Take greater ownership. Lead their team better. Or finally put something into practice that they already knew they needed to do.

Today, that thinking shapes my work across self-leadership, communication, and team effectiveness.

I design workshops, talks, and facilitated team experiences that help people move from understanding an idea to actually using it.

What I help Solve

I’m typically brought in when:

  • Teams are navigating change or unclear expectations

  • Communication or conflict is getting in the way

  • Accountability and follow-through are inconsistent

  • Leaders need practical ways to move people forward

What Changes After

After a session, people leave with:

  • Greater clarity and ownership

  • Stronger communication

  • More productive ways to navigate conflict

  • Practical tools they can use immediately

A good session shouldn’t just create insight.

It should change what happens next.

Experience Across

• Higher Education • Corporate Teams • Leadership Programs

• National Conferences • Community Organizations

• Student Leadership Teams • Housing & Residence Life Staff

What Happens Next

01. WE TALK
We start with your audience, what’s happening now, and what you want to be different afterward.

02. I DESIGN
I recommend the right format and build the experience around your goals, audience, and context.

03. WE DO THE WORK
Your people participate, reflect, practice, and leave with something they can actually use.

Good work starts with understanding what you actually need.
